So, why “From Behind the Laptop?”  Well, it’s really where many of my most random thoughts and ideas generate from – sitting behind my laptop.   Actually, I guess I could have called it “From Within the Shower” but that probably wouldn’t have sounded as appropriate.

As I continue to work as a farmer and freelance writer, there will more than likely be a wide variety of posts on this blog.  Our farm blog is very, well, farm related and is intended for our customers to be able to follow along with what’s going on around our place.  Random rants probably wouldn’t be appreciated there.  So, I’ve created a space where I can do that.  Of course, this blog is linked to my author website and is a perfect way to show off my different writing styles.  So, yes, this blog is very self-serving.  But isn’t every blog?
